Characteristics
Our lamb is Halal certified and guaranteed fresh, with a shelf life of 7–21 days when stored at 0 to +4°C. Compared to pork, lamb contains 2–3 times less fat, and its calorie value is only 190 kcal per 100 g, making it suitable even for diet-conscious meals. It also has significantly lower cholesterol levels — over twice less than beef and four times less than pork.
Lamb is rich in essential nutrients such as zinc, which supports the immune system, fluoride for healthy teeth, and iron that boosts blood production.
The choice of lamb cut depends on the dish:
Hind leg – perfect for roasting or baking.
Brisket, shoulder, neck – ideal for boiling, stewing, pilaf, or cutlets.
Hind leg, kidney part, shoulder – excellent for baking and slow-cooked stews.
